The 2023 Toyota Supra is a much-anticipated sports car that is set to be released in the fall of 2022. Although not much is known about the interior of the car, yet, Toyota has released some preview images that give us a glimpse of what to expect.
The interior looks sleek and modern with a wide variety of high-tech features. The release date for the 2023 Toyota Supra has not been announced yet, but it is expected to be sometime in late 2022.

Toyota’s halo sports car, the 2023 Supra, offers enough style and drama to make up for the brand’s more sedentary sedan hatchbacks and SUVs. The Supra developed and built alongside the BMW Z4 Convertible offers similar build quality and simplicity – but still Handsome – interior materials inside.

Rear-wheel drive is the only setup, and the Supra’s The firm chassis and sharp steering allow it to come alive on twisty roads and tracks. Sure, it might borrow too much from the BMW parts bin for some Toyota fans and its swept-back exterior design creates some pretty big blind spots, but even so, the Supra is still one of our cars Favourite sports car. It’s a driver’s car and a fanatic’s delight.
2023 Toyota Supra Preview
The Toyota Supra is the halo sports car from Toyota and its GR performance sub-brand, and it brings some serious heat to the table. This year and we expect the six-cylinder model to finally get the coveted manual transmission and come standard with a premium 12-speaker JBL audio system. Higher trim levels.

Until 2023 all Supra models come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive; this year a six-speed manual is finally an option but only with the optional turbocharged 3.0 litter inline-six. Powered by a sequential turbocharged inline-six engine with 320 horsepower. Despite the Supra’s performance potential, its suspension is forgiving enough to drive every day.
Its steering is accurate, weighted and direct, enhancing its fun-to-drive personality. A less expensive four-cylinder, The model sprinted to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds on our test track. That’s faster than the Supra’s German cousin, the BMW Z4, which hits 60 mph in 5.0 seconds. One downside we found to the long-term Supra’s performance was that it was prone to get bogged down in snow.
2023 Toyota Supra Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG
The most efficient Supra comes with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine with EPA ratings of 25 mpg city and 32 highways. The more powerful Supra 3.0 still has decent ratings at 22 mpg city and 30 highways.
This is more efficient than the Camaro Cayman GTS and M2. Superior four, four, On our 75-mph highway fuel economy test route, the six-cylinder Supra beat its highway rating at 34 mpg; with the turbo four, the Supra delivered an excellent 38 mpg. 2023 Toyota Supra Interior
The driver-focused cockpit is compact and while the double-bubble roof provides some extra headroom, the tallest drivers will feel nervous. Cargo space is similarly cramped, but the cargo area (accessed via the hatchback) is big enough for a few carry-on suitcases or about a week’s worth of luggage Groceries worth two people.
In our testing, we managed to fit four suitcases behind the rear seats. Much of the Toyota’s interior is shared with the Z4, so anyone familiar with BMW’s switchgear and infotainment controls will feel right at home.
2023 Toyota Supra Price & Release Date
Toyota hasn’t given us a release date or pricing for the 2023 Supra, but they apparently have an official Supra press release planned for April 28. We’ve also heard rumours that production of the 2023 model will start in July with dealers launching the first model in October, but Not confirmed.
We expect pricing to remain largely in line with the current version. The 2022 Supra starts at $44,315 including destination for the 2.0 model, up to $64,305 for the A910-CF version. The new matte white model will likely cost $4500-$5000 more than the 3.0 Premium model which The current price is $55,815.
The Supra is in a very interesting segment with many competitors of different personalities and styles. Its closest competitor is the BMW Z4, with which it has a lot in common. However, the Z4 is more of a Grand Tourer than a sports car.
